In Sufi group, we have a chance to tap into some of the qualities of our heart, the unconditional love, the presence, the bliss and joy. In Sufi group, we will use Sufi breath, Zikr and Sama, poetry and some other Sufi meditations to connect to our hearts, to purify it, and make space for Divine Love and light.

We gather monthly to spend time in community with those who are interested in chanting from various global cultures. We chant in various languages, such as Sanskrit, Arabic, English, Latin, etc.... We invite various musicians from the surrounding bay area to lead and to co-lead chants. It is a sharing circle, so we encourage you to bring and share a chant of your choosing.
